Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Oden’s Eye. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations & Changes

After an order is placed, our team usually needs 48–72 hours to process and prepare the package for shipment.

If you would like to cancel your order, change your shipping address, or modify the products in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to help before the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Please note that order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to stop the package.

After Your Order Has Shipped

Once your package has been shipped out and handed over to the shipping carrier, we are generally unable to cancel, refund, return, or exchange the order.

This is because beauty products are personal-use items, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returned cosmetics that have been opened, used, swatched, damaged, or otherwise handled after delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Opened or used products

  • Swatched products

  • Products with broken seals or damaged original packaging

  • Final sale items

  • Gift items or free promotional products

  • Mystery boxes or mystery products

  • Products returned without prior approval from our customer service team

If you wish to request a return for an eligible unopened item, please contact us first at shop@odenseye.se. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

After reviewing the information, we will do our best to provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund, depending on the situation.

Please do not throw away the product or packaging before contacting us, as we may need them to review the issue.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@odenseye.se with your order number and photos of the package you received.

We will review your order and packing information and help resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid customs fees, or the customer’s failure to collect the package, the original shipping fee and any return shipping or handling costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

If you would like the package to be resent, additional shipping fees may apply.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

We are responsible for paying the taxes and fees to the carrier that we work with. If you've been charged extra in tax, please provide the payment receipt and send an email to shop@odenseye.se to us as soon as possible, we will refund the tax to your payment account.

EU/EEA Customers

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable exceptions.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed beauty products may not be eligible for return once they have been opened, unsealed, used, or swatched after delivery.

To request a withdrawal or return for an eligible unopened item, please contact us at shop@odenseye.se within the required period. You may be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed by your bank, card provider, PayPal, or payment service provider. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method.
