Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We will ship out your order within 1-3 business days after that the payment was successfully placed.
Please note that our products are shipped from international duty-free ports in Hong Kong SAR, Mainland China Bonded Zones and Singapore. We are responsible for paying the taxes in different countries/regions. We cooperate with the special air transport lines of many countries/regions, offering favorable freight rates, more convenient customs clearance, and faster transportation times.
We will optimize the logistics distributor according to the location of the product, the location of the customer and the size of the product to ensure the best online shopping experience. The specific logistics information will be sent to the mailbox reserved in the customer order information after the order is successfully placed. The customer can track the package through the logistics information.
We are responsible for paying the taxes and fees to the carrier that we work with. If you've been charged extra in tax, please provide the payment receipt and send an email to shop@odenseye.se to us as soon as possible, we will refund the tax to your payment account.
We guarantee the integrity of the outer packaging of the product at the time of shipment. In order to ensure the interests of our customers, please inspect the package upon receiving the order. Since most of our products are powder products, breakage will inevitably occur during long-distance transportation at times. Of course, the chance of this happening is very small. We have provided safe packaging for all-round protection of our products. The package is a gift box with no additional printing, in order to protect your privacy.
Sadly, when an international or European mail gets returned, shipping fee will be incurred, for the shipping and return mail back to the sender. If such a small probability event occurs, send an email to shop@odenseye.se in order to contact us as soon as possible.
If the recipient does not pick up or refuses to accept the order or refuses to go through customs clearance and the package is returned, the recipient will bear the cost of returning the package.
If the product you received is damaged or lost during the transportation process, please take a photo of the damaged product and send an email to shop@odenseye.se in order to contact us as soon as possible, we will be happy to provide you with corresponding after-sales service.

Yes, we are! No animal has been harmed or touched during the production and testing of our products.
All our powder products are vegan, that's to say that they do not contain any animal ingredients or ingredients derived from the animals. The powder products are the eyeshadow palettes, the highlighter palettes and the blushers.
Our products are made in PRC, People’s Republic of China.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds, returns or exchanges once the products have been shipped out.
