Are your products vegan?
All our powder products are vegan, that's to say that they do not contain any animal ingredients or ingredients derived from the animals. The powder products are the eyeshadow palettes, the highlighter palettes and the blushers.

Our products are made in PRC, People’s Republic of China.
Please notice that our products are shipped out from international duty-free ports in Hong Kong SAR and Singapore, therefore VAT is not included in our prices to ensure low cost for our customers.
We cooperate with the air transportation special lines of many countries/regions, with favorable freight, more convenient customs clearance and faster transportation time.

My order got returned, what do I do now?
Sadly, when an international or European mail gets returned, shipping fee will be incurred, for the shipping and return mail back to the sender. My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
