Story of the palette
The HUMMINGBIRD eyeshadow palette from the Legendary Diversa collection is our first attempt at bringing out a product with our beloved beauty-YouTuber @THE FANCY FACE, who designed an eyeshadow palette inspired by the hummingbirds in Jamaican mythology.
Tina has Jamaican heritage and we really wanted to let her create her version of the palette that got its inspiration from Jamaica’s national bird - the hummingbird.
It’s widely believed that the hummingbirds have spiritual powers as well as they are an ancient symbol of joy and happiness.
Tina picked a colorful story that got its inspiration from the hummingbirds and the tropical land of Jamaica. She also chose amazing shimmers and metallics that resemble the reflective colors of the hummingbird’s feathers. A perfect palette for those who love colorful eyeshadows.

I love this palette. I was intimidated by all the colors. I created this wearable look using two colors from this palette and the TF liquid matte eyeshadow Amaretto for my transition shade. I also did a stunning purple look with just the shades in the palette.

I gasped so loud when I opened it, and nearly lost it when I swatches the colour 'Fancy'
because of how beautiful it is (know that multichromes usually don't excite me).
The palette is a colourful one, but you can easily wear it for a daily look as a 'one and done' eyeshadow.
It is a limited edition though, but I can't wait to see what's coming next !

What a tropical dream in one palette! All the shades are very pigmented and beautiful. They can be a statement no matter how you wear them. I know some people don’t like the Hummingbird palette as much because it’s more shimmer heavy. But, aside from using them as accents, those shimmers stand out really well on their own. You can apply them with a wet brush or glitter primer, so they would pack up and look really metallic. A matte transition shade is totally optional in that case. Alternatively, you can put down a matte eye shadow in a similar colour first then apply a thin layer of shimmer on top with a fluffy brush for a more satin, rather than shimmery, look. Having said that, some of those shimmers include larger particles and a bit more like glitter. They might look cooler if the particles were smaller, so they would be more foil-like. The colour design in all the shades are bang-on though.

This is the perfect palette to amp up your look. Hibiscus is awesome especially when paired with Fancy and Blue Fields. Another beautiful combination is Red Hills and Tropics. The only color that does not work for me is Clear Blue, but that's ok because the other shades are so beautiful.

This palette is absolutely stunning!The colors are so vibrant and so easy to apply. The only color that was a slight problem was’’ Beach Sands’’ which wanted to stay in the pan, so I just scraped it up with my fingernail and it was ok. The artwork on all three of these pallets is beautiful and unique, I can’t wait to see what Odins Eye comes up with next!

I am pretty sure that I mixed up my palette reviews and because I do not know how to go back and delete them just yet, here I go with the right review on this actual palette.
This is my favorite of the three. Tina did such an amazing job and the color story makes my heart skip a beat. It's so colorful and immediately lifts my mood and inspires me creatively. I have been in a bit of a makeup funk and this makes me want to play. The shimmers are absolutely insane. They are silky, opaque and ... Just perfect. The multichrome is brilliant and bright. The shifts are so obvious and unique. There isn't a single thing I dislike about this palette. It's heavier in shimmers, but has really great mattes. The scarf that is included is the perfect little bonus and I will be hanging it in my wall so I can always see the beauty. I said it in my other review that I thought was Judy's, but this is my favorite release from Oden's Eye to date. The formula is great, the packaging is just gorgeous and it's giving me a reason to want to get creative and have fun with makeup again.
Get these palettes, you will not be disappointed!

When I saw that Oden's Eye was collaborating with influencers and what the palettes all looked like, I knew that I absolutely had to have them, all of them!
I am not usually big on neutral palettes, but there is something about this one that appeals to me. It's very matte heavy and has a very grungy mood. The color story is absolutely perfect for fall. I adore the multichrome and the shimmers formula is so buttery and smooth. I am always impressed with Oden's Eye and this one is no exception.
The actual palette component is amazing. It has a canvas like texture, which many of their palettes do. The art and colors are perfect and I really appreciate that they stuck with the book like structure. The silk scarf that is included is an appreciated bonus and again, just stunning. I like that this brand thinks outside of the box and has unique items to their releases. I can't rave enough about this palette and the others collectively. If you are thinking about grabbing these, go for it, you won't be disappointed at all. I think these are my favorite Oden's Eye palettes to date!
