Shipping and Return Policies
We will ship out your order within 1-5 business days after that the payment was successfully placed (business days does not include weekends or holidays).
As for when the order will arrive, it depends on the postal handlers and your local customs office.
In case of force majeure, the delivery arrival time may be slightly delayed.
Due to varied goods storage warehouse, the goods in one order may be split into multiple packages for distribution.
Since we ship from our international warehouses in Hong Kong and Singapore, different parcels’ delivery times will vary slightly.
After the order is placed successfully, a shipment notification email is send out regarding detailed customer order information, and the customer can track the parcel with a tracking number provided in the email.
Order Inspection and Receipt
We guarantee the integrity of the outer packaging of the product at the time of shipment. In order to ensure the interests of customers, customers are requested to inspect the package upon receiving the order. Please unpack the boxes and confirm that the products are in good condition before signing.
Please notice that our products are shipped out from international duty-free ports in Hong Kong and Singapore, therefore VAT is not included in our prices to ensure low cost for our customers.
Since we do ship internationally and we are unable to have included VAT for all the countries in the world. Please refer to the Customs authority in your residing country for more detalied information.
Unfortunately, due to the low cost nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds, returns or exchanges once the products has been shipped out.
However, we try our best to resolve purchase regrets before the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouses.
All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse any return at any time.
