Faulty shadows
Recieved a duff shadow, itās all soft and spungy and about to crumble out of the pan any day, itās not pressed at all. Tried customer service but they are telling me the shadow is fine, when itās clearly not. Really expected more from both customer services and for shadows Iāve paid this much forā¦
